COMPLEX OF EXERCISES AIMED TO FORM RUSSIAN LANGUAGE PHONETIC SKILLS FOR NATIVE SPEAKERS OF SYLLABIC LANGUAGES

The article studies general and specific aspects in the syllable structure of the Vietnamese, Lao and Khmer languages in comparison to the syllable of the Russian language. Phonetic errors made by Vietnamese, Lao and Khmer native speakers in their Russian speech are discussed and interpreted within linguo-methodological analysis. A set of exercises for the formation of phonetic skills in teaching phonemic language to native speakers of syllabic languages is presented. The proposed set of exercises is designed for students of the preparation course, non-philologists who study Russian at an elementary level.
