THE ESTATE STRUCTURE OF THE VILLAGES OF THE BULYAR LAND VOLOST IN 1816

The article deals with the class structure of the villages of the Bulyar land volost of the Orenburg province. Most of them consisted of the population of the bashkir and teptyar estates, the other part - from some "bashkirs" or "teptyars". In some mixed-class villages, a small number of yasak tatars and "meshcheryaks" were recorded. The complexity of the class structure of the villages of the land volost is explained by the absence of any mental, linguistic and cultural differences between all groups of tatars.
