The article is devoted to an urgent problem – the consideration of the processes of training specialists in the field of the state material reserve. The authors suggest using the following processes for the formation of personnel in the industry: - the process of attracting and selecting industry personnel; - the process of professionalization of industry specialists; - the process of evaluating the training of industry specialists; - The process of formation of the educational environment in the structures of training industry specialists; - personnel rotation in the industry; - modern educational technologies in the branch system of training specialists. The presented processes can be considered as a modern update of personnel processes and methodology of industry training.
