CONCEPTUAL METAPHOR AS A MEANS OF REFLECTING ORGANIZATIONAL HABITUS

The aim of this article is to consider the role of metaphors in organizational discourse, namely, conceptual metaphors as a reflection of organizational habitus. The main method used in this work is a sociopsycholinguistic experiment with employees of various organizations in various fields of activity, including: management, medicine, education, services, etc. as respondents. The data analysis is based on research by foreign authors in the field of corporate discourse and organizational habitus. Particular attention is paid to comparing the results of our research with the conclusions and trends in the expression and evolution of organizational habitus, formulated in the works of foreign scientists.
