RESULTS OF EXPERIMENTAL WORK TO RESTORE THE RESOURCE STATE OF TEACHERS IN A PROFESSIONAL EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION THROUGH METAPHORICAL ASOCIATIVE CARDS

The article presents the results of an experiment to restore the resource state of teachers of a professional educational organization through metaphorical associative maps. The significance of the process of restoring the resource state affecting various spheres of the teacher's life is substantiated. The initial level of the resource state of teachers, satisfaction with the quality of life (of its individual spheres) and the general psychological state are revealed. The conditions for the restoration of the resource state are determined, taking into account the specifics of the educational process of the educational organization of secondary vocational education. The presented experimental data serve as an argument in favor of the use of metaphorical associative maps of teachers of a professional educational organization in the process of working on the restoration of the resource state. The article is aimed at familiarization with the concept and types of personal resources, awareness of their life and professional goals, as well as identifying ways to manage their resource state, ways of self-regulation, prevention of professional burnout.
