DEMAND AND MARKETING OF INSURANCE SERVICES IN 1990-2000

The article examines the demand for insurance services during the formation of a market economy. Legislation in the field of advertising and insurance as a tool for regulating the set of available services is considered. The main types and characteristics of insurance are disclosed. The stages of the development of interest in commercial insurance are marked depending on the socio-economic situation in the country. Statistical data for the period 1990-2000-ies are given. Conclusions are drawn about the growth of interest in the insurance product in direct dependence on the welfare of the population and requests for specific services from legal entities. There is a lack of interest in insurance due to the unstable economic and political situation in the period under review.
