ORGANIZATION OF VALUE INTERACTION BETWEEN TEACHER AND STUDENT IN THE CONDITIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION

The article examines the organization of value interaction between teacher and student in higher education. It has been revealed that the organization of pedagogical interaction within a university is characterized by the presence of clear components: a teacher, a student, and a digital educational environment as an intermediary. The directions and methodological features of organizing value-based interaction between teachers and university students are determined. It is noted that the interaction of these components is carried out on the basis of value-based pedagogical interaction aimed at developing digital competence, flexibility and adaptability, cognitive and social activity, communication skills, personalization of student development. It is concluded that mutual positive changes in the value sphere of both subjects are determined by the productivity of communication and the opportunities for personal development within the framework of the pedagogical process.
