Modernization of the concept of teaching the discipline "Physical culture" in higher educational institutions

The effectiveness of physical education classes largely depends on the modernization of the principles of structuring the curriculum and its content, which are the fundamental component of building an educational paradigm in non-physical education universities. At the moment, various fitness clubs and other similar commercial organizations are very popular among the population of Russia. Accordingly, the adoption of the specifics of the integration of sports and physical education into the public masses by these institutions will contribute to relevant transformations in higher education institutions. To do this, it is advisable to take into account both the sports that are in the greatest demand among visitors to fitness centers, and the features of a package training program that conglomerates such mutually correlative biomedical and health-saving aspects of successful sports activities as: (1) practical physical training; (2) a course of lectures on this subject; (3) group and individual consultations of a nutritionist; (4) preventive, recreational and restorative procedures (for example, massage) and (5) medical examination (examination). Such an integrated approach to conducting physical education classes is based not only on strategies for promoting the relevance of physical activity by sports marketing specialists, but also on the main directions of organizing training of professional-level athletes.
