lexico-semantic group estate – estate – manor – village – patrimony - the village as synonyms of the name of the property that belonged to one of the social groups of Russia, appears in Russian memoirs and literary sources since the end of the XVIII century, goes through various transformations throughout the XIX century and in the transition from the XIX to the XX centuries, from the end of the XX and the beginning of the XXI centuries there is an explosion of interest in the manor culture, the desire for to fill in the gaps in the history of the study of national culture, the need to take a closer look at one of the landmarks of the cultural heritage of the country increases., describe and present various facets of the socio-economic and family way of life of Russian reality.
