FEATURES AND COMMUNICATIVE FUNCTIONS OF DISCURSIVE FORMULAS WITH VERBS OF SPEECH

The article is devoted to the problem of theoretical description of discursive formulas as a special class of constructions and analysis of their functions in dialogical speech. The objective of the article is, firstly, to consider the characteristic features of discursive formulas at different levels of language, and secondly, to analyze the main communicative functions of discursive formulas when they are used in dialogue as replicas-reactions. The result of the study is the identification of the features of discursive formulas (at the lexical level – the integrity of the meaning, at the syntactic level – the integrity of the syntactic position, isolation). The communicative functions of discursive formulas in dialogue are described – agreement, disagreement, evasion, causation of demands and requests.
