The genesis of the image of the national state in Russia, around which the formation of the newest Russian identity takes place. The great reforms were the starting point of Russian modernization, in which public guidelines formulated in the context of national historical and political culture, which is now assigned a leading role in the innovative development of the country, would be clearly tangible. This also determined the function of education reform in the architecture of state modernization.
