Foreign policy of the USA and information component in 1989-2000

Telenga Marina Pavlovna  (assistant, Kuban State Univeristet's diplomacy)

The article represents an analysis of US foreign affairs from 1989 to 2000. But special attention is paid to information component. After USSR collapse and breakdown of bipolar system of international relations information began to play more important role of building of foreign policy and gaining of national interests of a state. It’s specific especially for USA, where some decades before that information was used to employ in such way.
