But the situation with Kyrgyz and Turkmens were a little bit easier. They are about living on their historical and geographical areas: Kyrgyz in the mountainous regions of Ala-Too and Pamir, and Turkmens in the Karakum desert areas. The process of allocating them as a state did not cause great difficulty. If everything was so complicated, the question arises why it took the Soviet leadership to hold a national-state demarcation in Central Asia?

Keywords:division, ethnic groups, the Tajiks, Sart, Uzbeks, Kyrgyz, Kazakhs and ethnic resettlement of ethnic languages, Autonomous Republic, the Federal Republic.
