Arrangement of students` independent work at pedagogical subjects using syllabus

Contemporary higher education is aimed to prepare high qualified, competitive specialists, having professional competences, abilities to transfer their knowledge into the professional activity and having the skills to get knowledge independently which is necessary for the professional activity to be conducted. The given tasks set a request for the higher education to arrange the process of future specialists’ preparation and the one of the education process which should form a knowledge system, competences, have influence on the students’ abilities to obtain knowledge independently, use them in solving their professional problems. Thus, a problem of the defining the approaches for the students’ independent work optimization, strengthening its role, the creation of means, forms and methods of education is actualized. It is very important because all these traits provide natural independent work involvement into the process of the subjects mastering. It makes it necessary to change approaches for the educative-methodical and arranging-methodical process. One of such approaches is the creation of syllabus as a methodical bases of students’ independent work arrangement. It will help students’ become adequate education subject through the ability to use different information independently which helps create motivation to study and increase the quality of education.
