Procurement and purchase of eggs in the USSR on the eve and during the Great Patriotic war of 1941-1945

The article discusses the issue of procurement and purchasing of eggs received from farms, farmers, individual farmers, state farms and other sources in the Soviet Union before and during the Great Patriotic war. The article is Based on documents stored in the Russian state archive of economy, most of which was first introduced in the scientific revolution. In this context, examines the impact of war on the supply of eggs. The author shows the dynamics of the procurement eggs on all sources of income. The conclusion about the importance and significance of the contribution to the overall Great Victory of the food supplies from the Soviet collective and state farms of the village.
