Reflection as a condition for the development of professionals in the education system

The article is devoted to the heads of the municipals, the private and supplementary educational institutions, the leaders of the teaching unions and the heads of departments for professional development, and lastly, to all educators and professionals working in the field of education. The article on the example of "Lingua" Foundation for the Arts and Humanities, Surgut's experience, considers the employees' ability to reflect in the field of education as the condition to professional development; it offers an effective tool - a professional progress notebook.
