Specificity of the upgrade of the sociocultural landscape of Moscow in the late XIX − early XX century

The article presents the peculiarities of the modernization of the sociocultural landscape of Moscow at the turn of XIX−XX centuries the peculiarities of the development of the architectural environment of the city transport infrastructure. The General appearance of the city is analyzed in the light of industrial, economic growth and the construction boom against the background of population growth. The influence of the entrepreneurial elite of the city on the development of culture, science and social life is considered.
