Pedagogical tools for the formation of readiness of future specialists in the field of tourism

The article reveals the problems of selection of pedagogical tools that ensure the formation of professional readiness of future professionals in the field of tourism. The concepts of “readiness” and “competence”, their relationship in the process of training a specialist are studied. The content directions of the blocks in the structure of readiness are specified, goals and competencies are indicated, possible pedagogical technologies are studied for certain key competencies of the future specialist.
