To the question of improvement of physical fitness of primary school students based on the theory of formation of mental actions

The article deals with the main aspects of the scientific and pedagogical experiment conducted in the framework of the innovative model of improving the quality of the educational process in physical education in primary school. The model is based on the application of the theory of gradual formation of mental actions for teaching motor actions of primary school students. The short results of experimental studies are presented. The brief conclusions obtained in the analysis of the experiment are described.
