Formation of professional competences in conditions of transition to educational standards of new generation: technological aspect

In the article there are considered the features of realization of competence-based approach as methodological, including technological, basis of realization of productive professional education of students in the conditions of transition of the modern Russian higher school to Federal state educational standards of higher professional education of the third generation. The author defines the structure of professional competence on the basis of which technologies of education and interactive forms of realization of study process are defined, which finally leads to the formation of competitive, highly qualified specialists having the high level of necessary professional competences. The author emphasizes the system nature of process of formation of professional competences which is from the technological position defragmented on several stages, conducted with gradual accumulation of professional and personal competences by the student.
