The main problems in the work of professional personnel of the system of physical culture and sports of the Stalingrad region in 1943–1953

The article deals with the personnel policy of the Stalingrad regional Committee for physical culture and sports at the recovery stage of development of the region from February 1943 to April 1953; analyzes the work of the Stalingrad College of physical culture and its place in the system of education of professional sports personnel of the RSFSR. The author reveals the main problems in the work of physical culture personnel of the region, such as insufficient qualification of a number of employees, frequent turnover of personnel, not the priority of restoration of sports infrastructure in the system of restoration of the region. It is hypothesized that the practical work of the Stalingrad regional Committee on physical culture and sport in the form of physical education of the younger generation was a priority over organizational work.
