Legal support of the physical training of the military service staff of the Armed Forces of Russian Federation

The present paper analyzes the questions of the legal support of the physical training of military service staff of the Armed Forces of Russian Federation. It describes main laws, legal acts and activity of officials that are related to the legal regulation of physical training of military service staff. An analysis of the practical implementation of the system of legal support of the physical training and sport in the Armed Forces of Russian Federation. The tasks of the legal support of the physical training of military service staff of the Armed Forces of Russian Federation from the point of view of implementation of the Concept of development of physical culture and sport in the Armed Forces of Russian Federation till 2020. It is demonstrated that the legal support of the physical training of military service staff of the Armed Forces of Russian Federation is organized at three levels. The practice of implementation of legal support of the physical training of military service staff is described. It is demonstrated that the legal base of the system of physical training of military service staff in Russian Federation is not harmonized with the corresponding legal base of other states. As Russia is now actively working of the integration within the post-Soviet space, it is reasonable to start working of the common legal base of the physical training of military service staff in Euro-Asian Economic Union. It is demonstrated that in general the system of legal support of physical training of military service staff in Russia is complete and can ensure an adequate protection of all stakeholders of the process of physical training.
