Training as a form of creative education in the organization of work with youth

The article discusses the features of the emergence of training as an educational practice. The analysis of training lessons’ algorithm construction is resulted. The training "the Art of public speaking" was developed and tested. It is noted that the training as a method of presenting information is relevant for students, due to obtaining the necessary skills in a short time. In the opinion of the respondents formed during the training, the skills in demand were revealed. The authors pay attention to the funding role of the University as an adaptation tool. In conclusion, the results of the study and recommendations are formulated. The obtained results can be used for disciplines of humanitarian socio-economic part, as well as in the formation of universal competencies.
