The article considers the problem of the professional formation of future pedagogical workers, the formation of their ability to effectively organize the pedagogical process and create conditions for the intellectual and moral development of students. As an example of technological support for the training of specialists in the field of training "Psychological and Pedagogical Education", an analysis of some effective forms and methods of organizing the educational process is carried out.
