The role of the university teacher in modern conditions

The article discusses the role of a university teacher in the organization of the educational process. The change of requirements for the role in modern practice of higher education is considered. Analyzed scientific studies indicate the need to improve the process of training future teachers and make adjustments to the practice of advanced training.
