the choice of methods of acquisition, formation and development of professional experience in various activities is largely determined not only by the specifics of the activity, but also depends on the structural components that stand out in professional experience as personal education. In this article I would like to note the area of human activity, in which professional experience is of key importance – military service. Formation of professional experience of cadets as future military specialists is an urgent and important task in the development of modern Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. The article reveals the structure of professional experience of a military specialist, which reflects the specifics of professional tasks solved by this specialist.
