Socio-cultural technologies of improvement of the national-cultural potential of personality (on the example of the activities of cultural institutions)

The article is devoted to the analysis of the content and functions of socio-cultural technologies in the activities of cultural institutions. The author considers this issue from the standpoint of the possibilities of socio-cultural technologies in improving the national cultural potential of the individual in the modern world. The article substantiates the importance of national culture and national identity of the individual. The author singled out and characterized the socio-cultural technologies of improving the national-cultural personal potential, and also presented the forms of implementation of activities within these technologies.
