Education of environmental awareness of school students

The article is devoted to the formation of environmental awareness schoolchild. The problem of environmental education and upbringing in school is discussed. The technogenic nature of society's development imposes serious restrictions on the formation of an ecological worldview, and modern pedagogical science is designed to overcome the discrepancy between the wasteful consumer practice of society and concern for the preservation of nature. The article considers methodological approaches to the formation of components of environmental consciousness in primary school age, based on the practical provision of schoolchild with objects of nature and the use of different forms of environmental education.
