Formation of an innovative pedagogical resource of schools of a new formation

The article highlights the issues of professionalization of the new formation school teaching staff - schools that can rightly be called innovative. The authors reveal the essence of the professionalization concept in the postgraduate period of pedagogical activity. They substantiate the need for continuity of this process at all levels of the teacher’s professional readiness for innovative solutions to the problems of training and education of the younger generation, which meets the requirements of the new formation of the state and society development. The authors offer the concept of a modular professionalization program, which can become the basis for creating educational programs taking into account the specializations of teachers.
