Pedagogical evaluation of the readiness of future officers-teachers for military pedagogical activity

The problem of pedagogical assessment of readiness for military pedagogical activity of future officer teachers is an urgent problem of military pedagogy. The subject of the study is the organizational and didactic system of the formation of military pedagogical competence in future officer teachers. The purpose of the study is the scientific justification, development, and experimental verification of the organizational and didactic conditions for the formation of military pedagogical competence among future teaching officers. The methodological provisions of the study are: system analysis, ensuring the integrity of the consideration of the subject of study. The following methods were used in the study: theoretical, empirical, the study of literary sources on the research problem, observation, conversation, questionnaires, testing, the method of expert assessments, pedagogical experiment and methods of mathematical statistics. The scientific novelty of the research consists in the development and testing in a scientific experiment of a system of pedagogical assessment of readiness for future pedagogical activities of future teaching officers. The system of pedagogical assessment of the level of readiness for military pedagogical activity of future officers-teachers allows to ensure unity in the assessment of the educational activities of cadets and to set a system of measures to improve the effectiveness of military-pedagogical training of future officers-teachers.
