the article considers the conditions for the formation of an effective teaching staff of an organization for orphaned children and its impact on the moral education of a child who has lost his parents. The relevance of the problem of moral education of orphaned children has not been lost, despite numerous attempts by scientists to influence the development of morality of this social category of children. This article suggests another look at the problem from the position of forming a pedagogical team that implements the tasks of moral education of orphaned children.
