Human resources potential as a tool for improving the quality of education

One of the problems of modern education is the need to improve the quality of education. If we consider the factors that affect the quality of education, one of the main factors can be called the assessment of personnel conditions for the implementation of basic educational programs. As part of the identification of problems with the personnel potential of educational organizations, self-study reports from the websites of schools in the Menzelinsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan were analyzed. Each report contains information about the state of personnel in the institution. The requirement of modern education is the introduction of a technological model for evaluating personnel conditions, which ensures the successful development and improvement of the level of personnel of an educational institution.
