Analysis of the concept of psychological readiness of future educational psychologists for professional activities

Object purpose of the stated research topic was a theoretical analysis of the concept and structure of the psychological readiness of future educational psychologists for professional activity. To accomplish the tasks and goals of scientific work, an analysis of domestic literature on the problem of psychological readiness for the professional activity of a teacher-psychologist was carried out. Findings psychological readiness is a stable system of personality traits necessary for successful human activity in various professional situations. On the basis of psychological readiness, the readiness to perform current professional tasks, including the implementation of professional consulting, is strengthened. After analyzing the ideas of domestic authors about the psychological readiness of a teacher-psychologist, we can conclude that each of the approaches differs in its conceptual views. Having synthesized the information received, we delved deeper into the presentation and understanding of the complexity and versatility of the phenomenon of psychological readiness.
