Implementation of a model of pedagogical support of professional adaptation of the master team staff of the RF AF

The article discusses the implementation of a model of pedagogical support for professional adaptation of military personnel of the junior command staff of the RF Armed Forces. The study of the effectiveness of the pedagogical model with the refutation of the professional adaptation of junior command personnel in the RF Armed Forces was carried out at 201 military bases of the ground forces, which are deployed in the Republic of Tajikistan. Dushanbe. At the diagnostic stage, the level of professional adaptation of the junior command staff was studied. At the organizational stage, a model of pedagogical support for junior command personnel of the RF Armed Forces was developed for three months. At the control stage, repeated diagnostics of the level of professional adaptation of military personnel was carried out in order to assess the effectiveness of the model of pedagogical support for the professional adaptation of junior command personnel of the RF Armed Forces.
