Brief comparative characteristics of the features of training systems in different countries of the world

In the works devoted to the study of the development of pedagogy and education, the training system is considered as a multi-faceted, large-scale process that must meet the level of social, political, and pedagogical requirements of the era. Research in the field of comparative pedagogy aimed at studying the state, patterns and trends in the development of pedagogical theory and practice of education and education in various countries of the world determines the forms, ways and boundaries of the transfer of international experience in pedagogy and school practice, predicts future models of education and education. Thus, it becomes relevant to compare the training systems in different countries, to choose the most effective ways of training and to bring, if not completely, but to adopt the most successful and effective components from foreign training systems into the Russian reality.
