Functional literacy at the present stage of education development

This article discusses the current stage of development of the concept of mathematical literacy, as part of the general functional literacy, studied within the framework of the concept of the international research PISA (Program for International Student Assessment). It also considers the main state exam in mathematics on the subject of tasks focused on checking the formation of mathematical literacy among students.
