International student exchange in a creative university (experience of the St. Petersburg State Institute of Culture)

The article analyzes the structure of international student exchange, factors affecting the development of academic mobility, goals and conditions of international educational cooperation. The key functions of student academic exchanges are determined, the practice of preparation, conduct and effectiveness of internships as a type of educational interaction at the St. Petersburg State Institute of Culture is described. The practical significance of the article manifested itself in identifying the most effective forms of adaptation and conjugation of educational processes for students participating in academic exchange, in substantiating promising directions for the development of international educational cooperation programs, as well as in characterizing the forms of organizational activity of subjects that ensure its development.
