The quality of professional training of future managers is of great importance in addressing the issues of improving the quality and efficiency of management, the development and implementation of new management technologies. This article discusses the problem of forming the readiness of future managers for professional activities in the process of training in higher education institutions, which is becoming increasingly important, since the effectiveness of the future development of Russian society largely depends on its successful solution.
