A pedagogical model for shaping the innovative competence of a teacher in the process of in-school professional development

The article proposes the author's version of the model for the formation of the teacher's innovative competence. The structure and interconnection of the blocks and elements of this model is presented, the set of pedagogical conditions, the creation of which ensured the productivity of the modeled process, is revealed.
