Linguistic and methodological model of the elective course of Russian as a foreign language based on professionally-oriented culturological material

By the example of the linguistic and methodological model of the elective course of Russian as a foreign language based on professionally-oriented culturological material, the article studies the structural and content features of a particular model; generalizes the regularities of its component interrelations at the general-theoretical level; concludes about the polyfunctional essence of the concept under study, and defines it. The interpretation of the model as a polyfunctional multicomponent phenomenon consisting of collaterally subordinated complementary structural and content blocks which serve the purpose of formation of the predetermined competencies of students taking into account approaches, principles, methods, techniques, technologies, means of teaching Russian as a foreign language is proposed.
