Legal support of the process of socialization of students in the education system

The problem of legal support of the process of education and socialization of students in the education system is currently relevant for teaching and management personnel. Recently, the vector of innovations has increasingly shifted towards the implementation of priority areas of the strategy of the Russian education system in the context of updated legislation and the creation of new models of education and socialization of students. The goals of developing new ideas and methodological approaches are theoretical knowledge in the field of implementation and application of Russian legislation in the professional field, the ability to search, interpret and apply regulatory legal acts in professional activities, as well as prepare for making qualified decisions in the field of professional activity. Therefore, the empirical basis for conducting scientific research in this direction is the analysis of regulatory legal acts that have been adopted in order to implement legislation in the field of education. Constitutional ideas about the role of Russian education are reflected in the Messages of the President of the Russian Federation.
