The model of bachelor of vocational training preparation taking into account the regional component through information competence

this article presents an analysis of the development of the higher education system in the Russian Federation in the context of the expansion of the professions market, the intellectualization of production and the integration of processes in the field of education, taking into account globalization and informatization. The analysis of studies on the problem of the competence-based approach in the system of higher education was carried out, the conceptual apparatus (competence, competence, competence-based approach) was defined. This article presents the results of the work on the development of an approximate list of key competencies, as a result of which the areas of competencies are defined: the study of competencies, the search for competencies, reflection (thinking), cooperation, activity, adaptation. The article presents an analysis of the considered process of formation of information competence, which is based on the introduction of multimedia technologies, methods and means of informatics in the sphere of human activity.
