Pedagogical principles of assistance in the development of professional success of police officers in additional professional education

Police officers are one of the most interesting social communities for pedagogical research. The professional excellence of the social structure designed to protect the security of society in this light is seen as the object of study in the framework of the current article. Practical significance in this light is the work aimed at identifying the principles, patterns, pedagogical conditions for the development of professional success of police officers. In this regard, we will focus the author's interest on the problem of developing pedagogical principles. Based on this position, the purpose of the study is to study the most promising pedagogical principles of assistance in the development of professional success of police officers. The methodology of scientific research is based on the works of V.V. Serikov on the personality-oriented approach in education. In general, we are talking about using the potential of pedagogy of success. The research methods are the following tools: work with primary sources on the problem of a scientific article, participant observation and testing according to the method of T. Ehlers "Diagnosis of motivation for success". Thanks to correctly selected methods, it was possible to achieve the following results: 1) promising pedagogical principles for assisting in the development of professional success of police officers in additional professional education were formulated: a) pedagogical expediency, indicating the possibility of using all possible educational methods and means that achieve the leading goal - the development of personal success , b) the validity of training strategies, emphasizing that the means used to develop success are correct only if they are inextricably linked with the processes of self-improvement of the individual; c) freedom to choose teaching strategies, which implies the need to take into account the personal opinion of adult students aimed at professional development courses; 2) the limiting conditions, the implementation of the principles of development of professional success, have been clarified.
