Personalized model of education a teacher of the Russian language and literature

The article considers the personalization of the training of future teachers of the Russian language and literature within the framework of the hermeneutical approach. The author identifies the structural elements of the education personalization model and suggests the mechanisms of their formation. Compliance with the requirements of the educational environment of the new formation implies changes not only in the implementation of educational activities, but also in its planning, in which the student acquires a key role. Therefore, a student should be involved at all stages of building an educational trajectory.
