A study on forming a culture of the rule of law in colleges and universities in the context of governing the country in accordance with the law

The article examines the problem of implementing the legal ideology of the "rule of law culture", provides a justification for the need for its implementation in colleges and universities in China. The issues of the existing state regulatory framework for the implementation of the policy of the formation of the legal consciousness of citizens are studied. The aspects of the implementation of the "rule of law" policy in educational institutions are analyzed. The main problems that exist in the formation of a culture of the rule of law are identified and described. A set of mechanisms and measures for building a culture of law in colleges and universities is considered as a reflection of the state policy of the rule of law.
