Study of the transformation of the "student-teacher" relationship in the conditions of the post-covid mode of teaching the subject "physical culture and sports" at the university

The article describes the crisis manifestations in the system of education in the discipline "Physical culture and sport" in the university in modern conditions. There is a steady growth and accumulation of significant contradictions in the implementation of educational activities both on the part of students and on the part of the teaching staff of the departments. Modern students who survived the period of the COVID-19 pandemic found themselves in a situation where their physical potential turned out to be, if not a brake on personal, harmonious development, then at least it did not become a driver of this process. The role of teachers who lead the discipline, but turned out to be hostages of a deterministic teaching style, which is largely natural for this academic discipline, has also come into question. The revealed dependences of relations in the “student-teacher” connection require active resolution, but they encounter a misunderstanding of the means and methods used in the course of education. The identified behavioral dependencies escape from the understanding of both sides of the participants in the process and can be explicated using the trust mechanism. The mechanism of trust, which arises spontaneously and is not rationally controlled, can arise only with an adequate effort on the part of all parties, therefore, it is an important task for managers of the educational process to create conditions conducive to its manifestation. In today's realities, the problem is far from a positive solution, and therefore attempts to describe it are the first step towards resolving this contradiction. Specific recommendations on the creation of a trust mechanism cannot be legitimately presented, the situation is resolved each time exclusively, which does not negate the need for a theoretical discourse on this topic.
