This article is devoted to the competence-based approach in inclusive education. Reforming the higher education system is in a state of transition from an educational paradigm to a competence-based one. It is obvious that for various educational institutions, for the provision of personnel of which higher pedagogical education is directed, it is not the scattered knowledge of young specialists in individual academic disciplines that are more significant, but their generalized skills to solve problems of an everyday and professional nature.
