The model of education of employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian federation with the use of mass media in continuing education

The introduction actualizes the urgent need to develop a model the education of employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation with the use of mass media in continuing education as the basis of the relevant program and the determinant of the ways of education of employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation.The purpose of this article is to substantiate the need to develop a theoretical model of education of employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation using mass media in continuing education.In the main part of the article, based on the research of domestic teachers, definitions of the concepts "model", "modeling of the educational process", "modeling of personality" are given, the initial provisions of the model of education of employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation using the mass media in continuing education are outlined. The main characteristics of the demonstrated model are also considered, reflecting the totality of interrelations and interdependencies of the subject of research: goals, content, methods, forms and means, estimated values represented by the qualitative and value characteristics of the education of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation using the media in continuing education. The hermeneutic and situational-environmental approaches in pedagogy developed by well-known Russian scientists are analyzed, which are the methodological basis of the demonstrated model of education of employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation using the media in continuous.The conclusion of the article contains a general conclusion based on the results of the presentation and justification of the model of education of employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation using the media in continuing education.
