Problems of social and professional adaptation of cadets of military universities

The relevance of the problem of pedagogical support of socio-professional adaptation of cadets of military universities is dictated by the peculiarities of the organization and implementation of the educational process in an educational environment. Modern approaches to the organization of the educational process of higher education are diverse and require special understanding on the part of not only the organizing party, but also the students themselves. One of the main factors influencing the success of the adaptation process by junior cadets, of course, is the military team. The article deals with problematic issues of socio-professional adaptation of junior cadets of higher military educational institutions. Difficulties arising during this period and the directions of pedagogical support that contribute to their resolution. The results of the study of this problematic issue are presented, the study made it possible to determine the actual problems of cadets during the period of socio-professional adaptation. The conditions of successful socio-professional adaptation of cadets of junior courses of higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Defense are revealed.
