Problems of training a coach-teacher of the sport school for educational work in modern pedagogical science

The article examines the scientific basis of the author's ideas on improving the training of future trainers-teachers for educational work in the sport school − the cultural and historical theory of the development of the human psyche, which is based on the idea that in the process of communication with reference social subjects, the content of collective ideas about the norms of social interaction becomes a component of the individual consciousness of the student, as well as the basis for his value orientations and actions. The application of a systematic approach in pedagogy is substantiated, according to which the educational system of the sport school integrates elements of a sports team and the conditions of its functioning, the personality of the coach, his pedagogical skills, a secondary school, a family, sports referees and other components. The result of purposeful and situational interaction of these elements is the development of the personality of young athletes in the direction of socially desirable ideals. The use of a competence-based approach is also analyzed, which provides for the formation of the content of training based on orientation to the final result of professional training, reflected through reliable, valid and operationalized indicators.
